Allen became Holker Group Chief Executive Officer in July 2017 having joined the Group in 2011 as Finance Director. Since 2011, Allen has transformed the Group’s finance function and played a central part in our investment and business expansion programme. With extensive knowledge of the varied Group businesses and an impressive track record of achievements, Allen is focused on leading the continued growth of the Group.


Steve Cooper
Managing Director - Racing and Leisure, Holker Group

Steve joined the Holker Group in 2018 as Managing Director - Racing and Leisure, after six years as Head of Catering and Service Delivery at Manchester United. Although Steve is no stranger to the world of racing having spent several years at Jockey Club catering, his role at the Holker Group also includes the historic Holker Hall and Gardens plus two private holiday parks on the Holker Estate.

Neil Price
Managing Director, Burlington Aggregates Ltd

Neil has been owner of Neil Price Limited for 20 years and has a wealth of experience and knowledge of the construction, local house building and plant hire sector.  Expanding his business to meet the construction needs of the ever expanding local surroundings, his expertise in aggregate processing and logistics has resulted in the establishment of Burlington Aggregates Limited, founded in 2015, to which Neil is Managing Director.

David Corrie
Managing Director, Corrie & Co Ltd

David is a qualified Chartered Banker with extensive experience in the building society sector.  David established his first estate agency business in 1990 and grew this to 7 offices with £2m fee income.  He formed a partnership with the Holker Group 5 years ago and with three offices already open, David is planning to grow the new agency further with the support of the Holker Group.

David Sarti
Non Executive Director, Burlington Slate Ltd

David joined the Group in June 2015 with 30 years experience in manufacturing and distribution businesses; latterly in minerals and stone processing. An MBA qualified Economist, David is a Chartered Director who previously held main Board positions with a FTSE250 listed company and a large family owned retail business as well as various trade associations. David has a longstanding affinity with South Cumbria and the Furness peninsula.

Rachel Bagshaw
Director - Land & Property, Holker Estate, Holker Group

Rachel joined the Holker Group as Estates Property Manager in 2008, having previously worked for several landed estates including Castle Howard. 

As a qualified MRICS chartered surveyor, Rachel has developed her role at Holker over the past 10 years and now covers overall management of Group property including the development of house building projects across the Estate's significant land bank, as well as management of land-based enterprises including farming and forestry.  

Mike Faughy
Managing Director, Burlington Slate Ltd

Mike started as an engineering apprentice and has over 40 years of industry experience in the fields of Specialist Engineering, Automotive, Concrete and Natural Stone.

A MSC qualified engineer and a director for over 20 years, Mike has joined Burlington Stone as Managing Director and is also a director on the board of Burlington Aggregates.
